Navigation support, stabilization resources, and partner referrals that help families remain housed and regain footing. We target rehabilitation of 100 homes for low-to-moderate-income families and connect 250+ households with Section 8 compliance support.
Faith-integrated mental health training, trauma counseling for survivors, and substance abuse recovery support — serving individuals, families, seniors, and the faith communities that surround them.
