Youth Mentorship
& Leadership

Safe guidance, academic support, life skills, and leadership development paired with consistent role models for Lake Como youth. Our goal is to serve 1,500+ youth annually through structured programming and employer partnerships that lead to living-wage careers.

Job readiness, skills training, certifications, and placement support helping participants move into sustainable employment. We target reentry workforce services for returning citizens and faith-integrated training for entrepreneurs.

Stability Support

Navigation support, stabilization resources, and partner referrals that help families remain housed and regain footing. We target rehabilitation of 100 homes for low-to-moderate-income families and connect 250+ households with Section 8 compliance support.

Faith-integrated mental health training, trauma counseling for survivors, and substance abuse recovery support — serving individuals, families, seniors, and the faith communities that surround them.

Ecosystem Initiative

A four-pillar initiative building food security and economic opportunity in the Lake Como corridor — from urban farming to a regional food hub. Launching first with an urban farm on community property while creating agricultural workforce training opportunities.
